LITE Support
Aimed at entry-level organisations, our Lite Support package offers a flexible and cost effective approach to managing your computer infrastructure allowing you to focus on your business and leave the IT to us. Simply give us a call and we will remotely connect and fix any issues you may be experiencing. Plus, our hourly rates are on a tiered system based on the number of computers you add to your contract.

(Please be aware for remote access we will require a working broadband connection at your location. We are unable to fix all problems with your computer or network by remote access. In these cases an engineer will need to make an on-site visit.)
